One remote for the whole system. We install and custom-program Control4 Halo and RTI ISR-4 and ISR-2 remote controls for home theaters, media rooms, whole homes and businesses across Orange County, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. Press “Watch TV” and everything turns on, switches inputs and sets the volume. Press “Off” and it all shuts down.

What our remote programming includes
- Activity buttons: “Watch TV”, “Apple TV”, “Movie” and “Music” turn on the right equipment, switch inputs and set the volume every time.
- Channel logos: tap a network logo instead of typing channel numbers.
- One “Off” button: shuts the whole system down, room by room or the whole house.
- Beyond the TV: lights, shades, climate, cameras and door stations on the same remote when you have Control4 or RTI.
- Hidden equipment: components can live in a closet or rack; the remote works without pointing at them.
- Built for everyone: simple enough for kids, grandparents and babysitters, with labels in plain words.
- Changes later: new TV or streaming box? We update the programming, often remotely.
Why Wi-Fi remotes beat infrared
Old infrared (IR) remotes need line of sight, so they stop working when equipment is behind a cabinet door or in another room. The Halo, ISR-4 and ISR-2 talk over Wi-Fi to a controller, which sends the commands to each device by network, IR emitters or serial control. You don’t have to point the remote, it works from anywhere in the room, and two-way systems show what is actually playing.
Questions we get asked
Can you program a remote for my existing equipment?
Yes. We program Control4 and RTI remotes for the TVs, receivers, cable and satellite boxes, streaming players and projectors you already own, and add a controller if needed.
Do these remotes need a controller or hub?
Yes. Control4 Halo remotes work with a Control4 controller, and the RTI ISR-4 and ISR-2 work with an RTI processor or base. We size the controller to your rooms and equipment.
Will it work if my equipment is in a closet?
Yes. Wi-Fi remotes don’t need line of sight. The controller sends commands to equipment in a closet, rack or cabinet.
How long does the battery last?
All three remotes are rechargeable and sit in a charging base. The RTI ISR-4 and ISR-2 are rated for about a week of standby on a full charge.
